MOI VIENNEAU

Moi Vienneau has over 22 years experience. She has practiced exclusively in the area of personal injury law. She only acts for injured people. She has never acted for an insurance company, as it goes against what she believes in - victim's rights. Moi has handled all kinds of personal injury matters - serious car collisions, catastrophic injuries, brain injuries, fatalities, falls, slip and falls, trip and falls, wrongful death, medical negligence, and she has acted for those with long term disability claims.

Moi was on the Board of Directors for 9 consecutive years until 2005 with the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, at which time, she had served the maximum number of years permissible. OTLA is an organization of plaintiffs lawyers committed to helping those who have suffered injury or injustice. Moi continues to remain active with OTLA. Throughout 2005-2006, she has served on their Insurance Committee, which is heavily involved in all insurance changes; trying to make a difference for injured people.

Moi has been involved in teaching doctors on their Rounds; dealing with issues relating to their injured patients. She has been a speaker at numerous legal seminars and has co-chaired numerous legal seminars aimed at educating plaintiff lawyers in personal injury related matters. Moi has been a frequent guest on CHTV's morning show, providing education to the public in insurance related matters. She also has hosted speaking engagements for physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, speech and language pathologists, psychologists and family physicians.

Moi is also an active member with the American Trial Lawyers Association which is a plaintiff oriented organization for the USA. She has served on their International Relations Committee as well as their Canadian Membership Committee for the last couple of years. She also served on their Board of Governors for their New Lawyers Division Committee early on in her career for a couple of years, and was a Canadian representative for the Women's Caucus State Liaison. She remains a Women's Caucus member.
